A subsidiary of the French-based Rubis Group, the company officially launched its brand in Uganda following the acquisition of Kobil Uganda and Delta Petroleum assets. The company operates a network of over 70 service stations nationwide.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years progressive experience in Retail Operations Management.
- Experience managing fuel stations, convenience retail, Oil & Gas, or other high-volume retail operations.
- Strong leadership experience managing large teams across multiple sites.
