Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
About Organisation:
Xclusive Uganda is a group of Horticulture companies consists of 3 companies: Xclusive Young Plants, Xclusive Kalanchoe and Xclusive Chrysanthemum. Our total production area is about 11 hectares, and we work together with 550 colleagues.
Job Summary: To ensure compliance, control, implementation and assurance of quality management processes with striving to bring the organization to a higher level.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring adherence to regulatory, environmental, and quality standards.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate the external.
- Preparing and organizing Nema and MPS audits
- Ensure process standardization & controls.
- Making scheduled reports to management
- Monitoring and evaluating the allocated budgets.
- Coaching, evaluating, and developing the team.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- University bachelor’s degree in Horti/Agriculture, Business Administration, Environmental sciences or any related field
- Experience with Nema and MPS at a horticultural company will be considered an advantage
- 5 years’ working experience in quality assurance and control management
- Numeric qualitative skills.
- Controlling Progress & Assertiveness.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
