Job Summary:
Description of the Assignment: National Individual Consultant to design and develop the digital payment for ecosystem service module
Period of assignment/services: 32 working days, spread over a period of approximately 4 consecutive calendar months
Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.

Disqualification / Rejection of Offers
- Offers not submitted through the Quantum system, or submitted using incorrect credentials, will be disqualified.
- Any offer submitted for the recruitment of an Individual Contractor but registered in the name of a company in the Quantum system, will be rejected.
- An individual wishing to submit an offer for an Individual Contract and sign an RLA contract on behalf of his/her company must use their own individual vendor credentials in Quantum and select the RLA modality option in the offeror’s form.
- Offers for Individual Contracts submitted under a company name will be rejected.
- If a supplier/vendor operates both as a company and as an individual contractor, they must create two separate profiles, each with a distinct email address.
