Job Summary: As a Personal Assistant, you will be the right hand of senior management, ensuring smooth coordination of schedules, communications, and administrative processes. You will play a key role in enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities while maintaining a professional and efficient workflow.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the executive’s schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and official communications professionally and confidentially.
- Organize travel, logistics, and accommodations for official trips.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Liaise with internal departments, staff, students, and external partners.
- Maintain organized records and files for easy retrieval.
- Assist with special projects, events, and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s Degree added advantage).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting senior executives or in a similar PA role.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital office tools.
- Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented.
- Detail-focused with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong sense of accountability and professionalism.
- Confident interacting with executives, staff, students, and external stakeholders.
