Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, inventory management, and order fulfilment
- Proactively monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishments before shortages occur
- Plan and coordinate preparations for product launches, peak seasons, and special promotional events
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Prior leadership experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education & Requirements
- Education: At least a diploma in a business-related course
Industry Experience: Boutique
Additional Details
- Previous work experience in a busy environment with operating systems (e.g., supermarket or similar)
