Job Summary: To plan and execute marketing activities that promote the company’s products and services, support business growth through effective marketing campaigns, customer engagement, lead generation & onboarding new customers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Successful execution of marketing campaigns.
- Achievement of assigned marketing targets.
- Accuracy and timeliness of reports.
- Quality of market research and insights provided
- Brand consistency across all marketing activities
- Contribution to customer acquisition and engagement.
- Effectiveness of campaign tracking and improvements.
- Collaboration with internal teams.
- Professional representation of the company during events and promotions.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Additional training in digital marketing or brand management is an added advantage.
- At least 1-3 years’ experience in marketing or a related role.
- Experience in campaign execution, promotions, or brand support is preferred.
- Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of market research and data analysis.
- Ability to track campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Understanding of branding and marketing communication principles.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Clear and professional communication with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to present ideas and marketing concepts effectively.
- Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills.
