Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in hotel/lodge management
- Strong leadership and staff supervision skills
- Knowledge of reservations, front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage operations
- Budgeting, stock control, and reporting skills
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally V Computer skills required
