Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory & Stock Associate to oversee stock control and inventory operations at our clinic.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor all clinic stock and inventory.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
- Track stock levels and initiate timely reorders.
- Receive, inspect, and record deliveries accurately.
- Maintain proper storage conditions and organized stockrooms.
- Monitor expiry dates and minimize wastage.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
- Coordinate with management and approved suppliers on procurement needs.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Stores Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy stock management position within a clinic, pharmacy, or hospital.
- Experience in an aesthetics environment is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
