Job Title: Greenhouse In-charge Young Plants (Re-advertised)

About Organisation:
Xclusive Uganda is a group of Horticulture companies consists of 3 companies: Xclusive Young Plants, Xclusive Kalanchoe and Xclusive Chrysanthemum. Our total production area is about 11 hectares, and we work together with 550 colleagues.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring of Irrigation processes, EC/PH measurements, dry spots, flushing dripline, and reporting leakages.
- Ensuring pests and diseases are under control.
- Physical spraying.
- Timely climate control.
- Ensure greenhouse maintenance and hygiene.
- Monitoring spray men checklist on daily basis and training them accordingly.
- General Plant caring and growth monitoring.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma in Agricultural related course.
- Experience of 2 years and above in agriculture production field is an added advantage.
- Paying attention to details, with good communication skills.
- Being able to physically spray.
- Good written and oral communication skills in English.
