Job Summary: We are looking for an Full-Stack Engineer – Customer Support. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who enjoys debugging production issues, supporting users, improving systems based on real customer feedback, and building long-term technical solutions rather than quick fixes.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Document fixes, processes, and recurring issues Work closely with Support and Operations teams
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- 2–4years experience in full-stack development
- Experience with a frontend framework (React, Vue, or similar)
- Comfortable working with databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL)
- Experience debugging and supporting live systems
