Job Summary: Exquisite Solution Limited is seeking an experienced Flowback Engineer for a client in the oil and gas sector. The role involves designing and optimizing oilfield flowback operations in line with project specifications.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement and ensure compliance with company QHSE policies and procedures during all operations.
- Participate in project planning, risk assessments, and change management activities.
- Support the Project Manager and Team Leader in ensuring adherence to operational work instructions.
- Monitor and enforce employee compliance with QHSE standards and safe working practices.
- Conduct safety monitoring activities and complete Safety Observation Card (SOC) reporting.
- Assist in identifying and resolving technical and operational challenges on site.
- Prepare and submit accurate operational and technical reports.
- Provide on-site technical and safety guidance to operational staff and new employees.
- Support the implementation of new technologies, processes, and best practices to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, ensuring proper handling of equipment and materials.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors’ degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong understanding of oilfield well flowback and well testing operations.
- Proficient in flowback design and simulation software.
- Experience in preparing flowback operation programs and standard operating procedures.
- Knowledge of flowback equipment, including separators, metering systems, and choke manifolds.
- Understanding of operational risk assessment and mitigation in flowback activities.
- Experience in on-site supervision and coordination of flowback operations.
