Job Summary: Exquisite Solution Limited is seeking an experienced Finance Manager for a client in the telecommunications sector. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily financial operations, managing accounting and financial reporting functions, and providing accurate financial insights to support strategic business decisions.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process in alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor and manage cash flow and working capital to ensure financial stability.
- Oversee bookkeeping processes, account reconciliations, and accuracy of financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with all tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain strong internal financial controls and processes.
- Provide timely financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
- Support strategic planning through financial modelling and performance tracking.
- Identify financial risks and recommend measures to improve efficiency and control.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Experience working with accounting software and financial systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and professional integrity.
