Our services are free, confidential, and designed to empower survivors with emotional care and self-help tools. The platform ensures anonymity, allowing survivors to share their experiences without fear while receiving the help they need. By fostering a safe space, Totya Platform is committed to breaking the silence around sexual violence and promoting a culture of open dialogue on this critical issue.
Job Summary: We are seeking a Finance and Administration Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Uganda. This role involves overseeing the organization’s financial operations, including preparing financial statements, managing accounting processes, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The Manager will conduct financial analysis, monitor budgets, and maintain compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, the role includes administrative responsibilities such as ensuring efficient office operations and supporting organizational goals through effective resource management.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Financial Statements preparation and Financial Reporting
- 2 years experience
Strong Accounting and Finance expertise
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and support decision-making
- Proven ability to oversee budgets and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Experience with non-profit financial management is a plus
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is required; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is an advantage
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
