Job Title: Field Extension Officer

Job Summary: Provide guidance to farmers on best practices and input combinations so they make informed decisions on the products they buy. Keep an updated farmer’s register making use of the Kobo collect app to generate a digital profile. Onboard 12 active agro input agents in the year 2026 (one agent per month). Visit and report 300 farmers in the year 2026. Set up 15 functional demonstration gardens in the year 2026 . Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales at the outlets. Build strong relationships with farmers and customers. Report all Field sales and activities daily to the Extension whatsapp group. Organize a farmer field day at the end of the season.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of a Certificate/Diploma in Crop Production from a certified institution.
- Fluent in English and local dialect (Luganda, Runyankore, Rukiga).
- Good communication skills and self-driven.
