The Uganda Federation of Movie Industry (UFMI) is the national body uniting Uganda’s filmmakers, producers, actors, writers, and all creatives in the film and entertainment space. We serve as a bridge between local talent and global opportunity—advocating for industry standards, creative freedom, and the legal rights of our members. Today, UFMI manages a growing archive of over 5,000 film titles, and is entrusted with the protection of authors’ rights, along with the collection and distribution of royalties to the rightful creators.
Job Summary: Uganda Federation of Movie Industry (UFMI) is a Collective Management Organization (CMO) representing members in the audiovisual. As a CMO, UFMI’s role is to protect and manage the economic rights of its members, including filmmakers, producers, and artists, by licensing their works, collecting royalties, and enforcing copyright laws.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provides transportation services for staff and officials, ensuring safety and vehicle maintenance.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Qualifications include a degree from a recognized university and relevant working experience.
