Job Summary: The Data Encoder will be responsible for accurate and timely data entry, maintaining records within SAP, and supporting operational and reporting activities across departments. The ideal candidate must have practical SAP experience and previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update operational and inventory data in SAP.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of transactions and production activities.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, procurement, and finance teams to ensure data accuracy.
- Verify and reconcile data discrepancies when required.
- Prepare routine reports and support internal reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and data accuracy standards.
- Support management with administrative and reporting tasks as assigned.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, Procurement, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- SAP knowledge is an essential requirement.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
