Rushere Cooperative Savings and Credit Society Limited (Rushere SACCO) is a member-owned financial institution headquartered in Rushere Town Council, Kiruhura District, Uganda. Originally registered in 2004, the SACCO serves over 18,000 active members across several districts in Western and Central Uganda, including Kiruhura, Ssembabule, Kyegegwa, Kamwenge, Ibanda, Mbarara, Kyenjojo, and Lyantonde. Its core mission is to provide affordable, accessible financial services to promote socio-economic growth among rural communities and the economically active poor.
Job Summary: Rushere Cooperative Savings and Credit Society Limited is a registered SACCO in Rushere Town Council, Nyabushozi County, Kiruhura District. It operates in the districts of Kiruhura, Kazo, Kamwenge, Ibanda, Mbarara, Sembabule, Kyegegwa and Lyantonde.
As part of our growth strategy, we are looking to hire qualified personnel to fill the position of:
Responsible for recruiting clients, verifying sources of income and visiting prospective members’ homes and business to assess credit worthiness, recover loans and carryout routine loan monitoring to loan cliets.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma/ Bachelors in a business-related course.
- One-year experience of working in a financial institution
- Age: Minimum of 21 years
