Job Title: Brand and Marketing Manager

About Organisation:
Roke Telkom is a Uganda-based telecommunications company that has been fully licensed since 2006 by the Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) as a Public Service Provider (capacity Resale, Voice & Data) and Public Infrastructure Provider.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s marketing strategy and annual marketing plans
- Manage brand visibility, advertising, media buying, and promotional activities
- Lead and monitor marketing campaigns and evaluate return on investment
- Oversee corporate branding and ensure consistency across all office locations
- Support in coordination of CR initiatives and related publicity activities
- Manage marketing budgets and reporting
- Supervise the Marketing Assistant and Events Executive
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field
- Professional marketing qualification such as CIM is an added advantage
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in marketing strategy and execution
- Experience managing marketing teams and external agencies
- Strong understanding of ATL and BTL marketing strategies
- Telecommunications industry experience is an added advantage
