Job Summary: To supervise, train, and create awareness for all production staff on aspects regarding timely accomplishment of job-related tasks, cGMP and proper work ethics so as to achieve the overall company goal.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Technical and maintenance role.
To efficiently operate BFS machines to meet company targets.
To conduct routine maintenance works on BFS machines as well as minimize the rate of breakdown.
To ensure smooth functioning of the BFS machine all the time.
To report all sorts of BFS machine breakdowns to the team leader, section head, and engineering department.
To ensure that all safety standards are met and comply with current GMP guidelines.
To ensure that BFS machines are highly efficient through minimizing defects.
To ensure that periodic machine parts changes are done as per the requirement of the department.
Set up and adjust machines.
To work with the engineering department in installing and commissioning of new machines, equipment, and parts.
Documentation and reporting role.
Maintain daily production and engineering records in the logbooks.
Review manuals to ascertain the cycle for calibration and maintenance of these machines.
Report any form of defect or malfunction detected on the machine.
Any other Duties
Ensure that any other duty assigned by HOD is executed to management expectations.
