Job Summary: Talent Grid Africa, on behalf of a client, is seeking a Programs Coordinator to play a critical role in delivering Business Development Services (BDS) programs and supporting the growth of local enterprises during a key expansion phase.
This role goes beyond coordination it requires someone who can combine operational excellence, business advisory, and hands-on mentorship to drive real impact.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute BDS program activities
- Deliver tailored business advisory and coaching to entrepreneurs
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and mentorship programs
- Monitor KPIs and track business performance and growth
- Support operational setup and continuous process improvement
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- 3–5 years’ experience in business advisory, incubators, or startup ecosystems
- Strong understanding of financial modelling, marketing strategy, and operations
- Experience working with CRM/ERP tools (e.g. DigiKua)
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
- A proactive mindset with the ability to build systems and adapt in dynamic environments
