Job Title: Lead Facilitator – 3 Positions

About Organisation:
Twaweza East Africa is a regional civil society organisation working in Tanzania, Uganda, and Kenya.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Each Lead Facilitator will:
- Lead participatory data collection (FGDs, youth dialogues, storytelling methods)
- Coordinate fieldwork at the district level
- Supervise Research Assistants
- Ensure data quality, ethical compliance, and daily synthesis of findings
- Produce district summaries and a final analytical report
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Degree in social sciences or related field
- Strong experience in qualitative research and participatory methods
- Proven facilitation and team leadership skills
- Ability to synthesise and report complex qualitative insights
- Fluency in English and relevant local languages
- Strong understanding of youth issues and ethical research
