Job Summary: We are seeking to recruit 50 qualified and motivated IT Agents to join our growing team based in Gabba, Kampala.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support and technical assistance
- Handling online tasks and system operations.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Troubleshoot system and network issues
- Assist clients with IT-related inquiries
- Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations
- Reporting daily work progress to supervisors.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and internet use.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure, should be disciplined and hardworking
- Ability to work long hours and in a team environment
- Prior experience in IT support is an added advantage
- Fast to learn and able to follow instructions.
- Must be able to read and understand English
