It is regulated by the Insurance Regulatory Authority of Uganda. The company has since inception been on an upward trend, experiencing phenomenal steady growth on both revenue and profitability. The company is part of the network of Mayfair insurance companies across the region (Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda DR Congo and Rwanda). The head office of Mayfair Insurance Company Uganda limited is located at Plot 56, Lugogo bypass, Lohana Tower D, 7th Floor.
Job Summary: To lead and manage the strategic and operational activities in the Business development and Marketing department of Mayfair Uganda and to ensure the company achieves its corporate goals in terms of growth, profitability and customer services. The role oversees all the business development channels in the company.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Must have a Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance & Risk Management, Economics or Commerce, or related field
- Diploma in Insurance or equivalent is an added advantage.
- Ambitious, self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong networking skills and building relationships
RELATED JOB EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years’ experience in business development in a reputable insurance company.
- 2-3 years’ experience at managerial level.
- Strong relationship management skills.
