Job Title: Field Sales Representatives – 13 Positions

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell stationery and office supplies to schools, shops, and other institutional clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and expand the customer base.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify sales opportunities and monitor competition.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, monitor stock levels, and coordinate distribution logistics.
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 2years experience in sales, marketing and distribution of stationery and office supplies in Uganda market
- Diploma/Bachelors degree in a business related field
- Strong knowledge of the local stationery and office supplies market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
