Job Summary: To drive parts sales by identifying customer needs, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring timely and accurate provision of genuine parts and accessories to clients.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Sell spare parts and accessories to customers and workshops, meeting sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, leveraging existing client profiles.
Advise customers on suitable parts based on technical knowledge of trucks and buses.
Process customer orders, invoices, and payments accurately.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Collect market intelligence on competitor pricing, promotions, and parts availability.
Collaborate with the service team to align parts sales with workshop requirements.
Maintain professional conduct, reflecting the company’s brand and standards.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in parts sales, preferably in the automotive or heavy trucks/buses sector.
Proven client portfolio with solid recommendations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-focused, results-driven, and self-motivated.
Knowledge of trucks/buses spare parts and systems is an added advantage.
