Job Title: Medical Superintendent/ Medical Director

About Organisation:
Founded in 2002, Te-Kworo Foundation began as a response to the urgent need for rehabilitation and education among women and children affected by the brutal conflict in northern Uganda.
Te-Kworo Foundation is recruiting four leadership roles for the Sonic Kworo Hospital, located in Agago District. Northern Uganda. These are full-time, renewable 3-year contracts.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead all clinical operations, quality assurance, and patient safety across the hospital
- Set and enforce clinical protocols for maternal, neonatal, and child health services
- Supervise and mentor the clinical team; chair clinical governance committees
- Represent the hospital with MoH. DHO. and the Sonic Healthcare Foundation
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- MBChB + postgraduate qualification in Obs/Gynae. MPH (MCH). or Healthcare Management
- Current UMDPC registration & practising license
- EmONC training (or willing to obtain within 6 months)
- Fluency in English & Luo required
- Experience: Min. 7 yrs in Obs/Gyn with a min 3 yrs in a clinical leadership role.
