Job Summary: Responsible for analyzing and providing critical support to the Customer Service function with respect to MIS reporting, data mining and analysis requirements leading to value addition in Customer experience.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform data analysis for generating reports on a periodic basis.
- Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.
- Supporting end-users with technical and data queries.
- Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.
- Develop MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
- Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).
- Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
- Recommend system design to meet departmental objectives.
- Working alongside teams within the department to establish business needs in the system.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring customer issues.
- Participate in special projects assigned from time to time.
- Perform Research and Analysis using customer service data, observations, and market trends as well as reports to get a clear picture of the department’s operations and ways to improve it.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course or an equivalent.
- Over 2 years’ experience in data analysis.
- Advanced computer skills in SQL, Advanced MS Excel, and Oracle Data bases.
- Proven ability to analyse complex business issues / data.
- Experience using and building Excel based solutions.
- Power BI experience.
- High numerical skills and attention to detail.
