Bell Boy/ Concierge-1 Position
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- As a Bell boy, you will be responsible for overseeing the Bell Desk operations in a hotel.
- You will ensure that guests receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive until they depart.
- Your duties will include greeting guests, assisting with luggage, providing information about the hotel and local area, and coordinating transportation.
- You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the Bell Desk and storage areas, as well as managing inventory and equipment.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma preferably, Computer Basics and knowledge of Property Management software.
- Previous experience working within a hotel environment in the star/luxury market is essential
- Skills and Knowledge. Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing), Innovative,
- Pro-active, and reliable. The successful candidate should have passion for customer service.
Housekeeping Attendants – 3 positions.
Job Summary: The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for ensuring that guest rooms are cleaned, organized, and replenished with the necessary amenities. The job requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and an ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A Diploma is preferred, Physical mobility and stamina are required, the Ability to follow instructions, a Detail-oriented,
- Professional attitude is required
- Ability to work independently.
- Previous hotel-related experience is highly desired.
Public Area Cleaner – 1 position
Job Summary: The lobby attendant is a professional responsible for ensuring the public area of a hotel or other building is clean, organized, and welcoming. They are typically the first point of contact for guests and visitors, and as such, they must be friendly and courteous at all times.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- High School or equivalent or 1-year diploma in hotel management.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Kitchen Steward -1 position
Job Summary: The steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the dining area, ensuring that tables are set and cleared in a timely manner, and attending to the needs of customers. On the other hand, the dishwasher is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment used in the kitchen
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- High school or equivalent diploma.
- Previous experience in a similar role and Knowledge of Basic Food Hygiene.
Waiter – 1 position
Job Summary: A restaurant server, also known as a waiter is responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of customers. He must have excellent customer service skills, as he will be often the primary point of contact between the customer and the restaurant. He must be able to work well under pressure, as restaurants can get very busy, especially during peak hours.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma or its equivalent preferred.
- Previous serving experience is required. Excellent oral communication skills are required.
- Positive interpersonal skills are required.
- Can handle local language and English.
