Job Summary: To lead and manage the strategic and operational activities in the Bancassurance channel of Mayfair Uganda and to ensure the company achieves its corporate goals in terms of growth, profitability and customer services.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Must have a Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance & Risk Management, Economics or Commerce, or relatedfield
- Diploma in insurance (or progress towards qualification) will be an added advantage.
- Ambitious, self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong networking skills and building relationships
- Related job experience Job alerts subscription
- 3-5 years’ work experience in Sales & Marketing with at least 2 years as a supervisor.
- Experience working with bank relationship managers and bancassurance teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Insurance Product knowledge and development experience
