Job Title: Utilities Maintenance Technician – 2 Positions

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance work on plant equipment e.g. ups, Generators, elevators, transformers.
- Diagnose, clean, repair, and replace defective parts of machines.
- Draft technical data sheets (maintenance of files of machines) and information at level of computerized maintenance management system.
- Participate in the improvement of maintenance procedures.
- Participate in the implementation of effective maintenance procedures which include efficiency of machines.
- Provide technical support to the maintenance team consistently where need arises.
- Carry out both preventive and corrective maintenance on all machines as directed by the maintenance manager.
- Perform any other task as per management request.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of a Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or any relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a busy environment.
- Should be knowledgeable on high voltage systems, troubleshooting electric panels.
- Work experience in power generation with diesel generators/transformers.
- Basic knowledge on pumps, chillers, boilers and air compressors.
- Good reporting skills.
