Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review, strengthen and support implementation of safeguarding policies, procedures and risk assessment.
- Develop safeguarding tools, reporting mechanisms, referral pathways and case management systems.
- Train staff, volunteers, and partners on safeguarding, roles and responsibilities.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in safeguarding, child protection, or protection programming.
- Ability to work with trauma-affected and special-needs children in a sensitive and ethical manner
