Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage reservations and guest flow to ensure smooth service.
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives to enhance guest experience and drive revenue.
- Maintain a high standard of grooming and presentation at all times.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a hostess in a 4-star hotel or upscale restaurant.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Flexible on working hours.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Professional grooming and presentation.
- Added advantage: background in sales and marketing.
