Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full publishing pipeline, including editing, layout, design, and production.
- Collaborate with authors, illustrators, and editors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Ensure all publications reflect values of inclusion, diversity, and alignment with relevant SDGs.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in editorial or publishing management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional creative teams.
- Education & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science, Literature, Communications, or a related field
- Industry Experience: Children’s Books
