- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in real estate operations, property management or business management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage.
- Leadership: Experience managing teams (e.g., administrative staff, agents or site managers and overseeing departmental budgets
