We are looking for energetic, target-driven Direct Sales Agents to join our team! Locations:
- Mbale
- Gulu
- Kampala
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- To deliver exceptional retail business performance through excellent customer service, sales, and transactional processing within the branch and assigned market
- Drive exceptional sales performance by identifying customer needs and actively selling and cross-selling UBA products and services
- Achieve assigned targets across all retail banking product lines in line with branch targets and business strategy
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- University degree from a reputable institution
- Knowledge of sales, marketing, and banking operations
- Key Competencies & Skills
- Strong sales and cross-selling capabilities
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet targets and deliver results
- High level of integrity and attention to details
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
- Good networking and relationship management skills
