Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement plans to achieve hotel revenue targets and maximize facility usage
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agents, and groups for both new and repeat business
- Business Development: Identify new opportunities, prospect potential clients, and conduct sales calls, meetings
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Proven sales success, ideally within the hospitality/hotel industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication (written/verbal), negotiation, interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving.
- Technical: Proficiency with CRM software (Customer Relationship Management) and Microsoft Office Suite.
