Job Summary: At HMH-Kuku, shared prosperity begins with people who care. We are looking for a dedicated Packing Operator to ensure efficient, safe, and quality feed packaging operations at our Feed Mill.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Packing Equipment Operation – Operate and monitor packing machinery to achieve shift-based production targets, ensuring correct packing, sealing, and weighing of finished products.
- Equipment & Personnel Safety – Ensure machinery is operated in line with safety standards and operational policies while maintaining a safe working environment with minimal incidents.
- Product Quality & Food Safety – Ensure all packed products are safe, uncontaminated, and meet required quality standards within specified timelines.
- Documentation & Reporting – Accurately complete daily/shift finished product reports and submit them to supervisors on time.
- Training & Compliance – Participate in company-sponsored training and ensure compliance with Kaizen, biosecurity, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Housekeeping & Visual Management – Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas and uphold 6K/Visual
- Management standards within the packing section.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Advanced Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent (preferred).
- Minimum one (I) year experience in a mechanical or electrical-related field.
- Basic knowledge of Kaizen principles and biosecurity protocols.
- Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills and strong teamwork ability.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
