Job Summary: Twyford Impex (U) Ltd is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to manage cash and electronic payments in line with company financial controls. You will ensure accuracy, accountability, and timely reporting of all collections while safeguarding company funds.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process cash, cheque, and electronic payments accurately
  • Issue official receipts and ensure proper documentation of all transactions
  • Record daily collections in the cashbook and accounting system
  • Reconcile daily cash balances, M-Pesa, bank transfers, and cheques
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly cash reports to the Finance department
  • Safeguard cash and financial documents according to company policies
  • Support banking activities including deposits and cheque processing
  • Assist in resolving payment discrepancies and customer queries
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and company procedures
  • Maintain proper filing of receipts and supporting documents
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:




  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Cashier or in a similar finance role
  • Experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or high-volume transaction environment is a plus

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong numerical accuracy and cash-handling skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
  • Good written and verbal communication in English
  • High integrity, honesty, and confidentiality
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Flexible to work Monday–Saturday
