Job Summary: Tide Ventures is seeking a confident, motivated, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to reach clients using a motorcycle. This role involves field sales, customer engagement, and achieving set targets.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and onboard new customers
- Promote and sell company products to meet monthly sales targets
- Conduct field visits and client follow-ups using a motorcycle
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Prepare daily sales reports and provide market feedback
- Represent the company professionally during all interactions
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in sales (mandatory)
- Must know how to ride a motorcycle; a riding permit is an added advantage
- Motorcycle Riding Experience Required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of local routes and customer areas
- Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
