Job Title: Sales Representative

Dutch Seed Centre is a social enterprise providing access to quality horticultural inputs and developmental horticultural consultancy services to thousands of vegetable growers in Uganda. At Dutch Seed Centre, we believe that access to quality horticultural inputs, technologies, and services is a right for all growers in Uganda
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company’s agricultural products growers and distributors
- Conduct field visits, demos and farmer trainings to create awareness
- Identify new markets and customer needs
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and follow up on payments.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Agrobusiness or related field
- Proven experience in sales (agricultural products is an advantage)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Rutooro or similar languages
