Job Summary: ISGROUP AFRICA is seeking dynamic professionals to join our Business Development team across multiple business lines: Insurance Solutions, Consulting & Training, ISProperties, ISWellcare, IT Services & Products, Retail Finance, and Trade Finance.
We are looking for Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Sales Associates who are proactive, target-driven, and passionate about delivering excellent client solutions.
Roles Available:
- BDM – Insurance Solutions: Drive growth in insurance offerings for businesses and individuals.
- BDM – Consulting & Training: Acquire and manage clients for professional consulting services and corporate training programs.
- BDM – ISProperties: Develop property sales, leasing, and investment opportunities.
- BDM – ISWellcare: Promote medical tourism and wellness programs.
- BDM – IT Services & Products: Provide tailored IT solutions including software, hardware, and support services.
- Sales Associate – Retail Finance: Support retail loan portfolio growth through lead generation, client onboarding, and collections support.
- Sales Associate – Trade Finance: Support trade finance growth by sourcing clients, managing documentation, and assisting with transaction processing.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Business, Marketing, Finance, IT, Real Estate, Health Management, or Education).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or client management.
- Strong client relationship, negotiation, and commercial skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Key Requirements for Sales Associates:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Business, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, or Procurement).
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, microfinance, trade finance, or field-based operations.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and documentation skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
