Job Summary: Conduct products, material test, diagnosis in accordance with the set quality standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct accurate and consistent diagnosis in accordance with the battery diagnosis standards
- Accountability and reconciliation system for claim batteries
- Maintain proper working conditions and calibration of equipment (battery chargers, high rate discharger, hydro meter, thermometer, voltmeter, clamp meter)
- Preparation of wastewater treatment chemicals
- Monitor and report the operation of the wastewater treatment plant, submission of random samples for wastewater tests in laboratory
- Routine cleaning of scrubber system with caustic solution
- Regular communication with customer support services and attendants
- Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Compliance with the health, safety regulations, personal safety and machine safety
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma in Science Laboratory, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering
Working Experience:
- A minimum of 1-year experience in a manufacturing setting
