Job Summary: To deliver quality education to primary students, fostering intellectual and personal growth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans in line with the curriculum and student needs.
- Teach subjects effectively using engaging and diverse instructional methods.
- Assess and evaluate student performance, providing feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and professional development.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) or relevant subject area.
- Teaching certification/license as per local regulations.
- 3+ years of teaching experience at the primary level.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
