Job Title: Logistics and Procurement Assistant (Fresher Jobs)

Norvik Group owns Norvik Enterprises Ltd, one of the leading Importers and distributors of pharmaceutical & medical products in Uganda and Norvik Hospital.
Job Summary: To support efficient acquisition, management and distribution of medical supplies, equipment and general services required for daily operations and high quality patient care.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing and handling of all the procurement of drugs and consumables that meet prescribed safety and health standards at cost effective prices.
- Ensuring proper storage of the items procured in the main warehouse.
- Providing pharmacy with the right quantities of drugs and consumables as specified in the requisition.
- Preparing and keeping all the records needed in the warehouse in an accurate manner.
- Ensuring a clean, tidy and safe environment for the storage of the drugs and consumables.
- Ensuring proper management and handling of pharmacy suppliers
- Required Skills:
- Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to details and proficiency in Microsoft office Suite (Excel, Word, outlook) and relevant procurement software.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or any other related field.
- 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role is required
