Job Title: Laboratory Chemist

Job Summary: Conduct products, material test, diagnosis in accordance with the set quality standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain good working condition of equipment and tools
- Good storage and monitoring of representative samples
- Undertake chemical tests on lead oxide, residual lead, etc.
- Carry out and correct sample preparations and metal alloy analysis using OES, AAS, ICP.
- Routine sampling and testing of treated wastewater quality
- Compliance with health and safety guidelines
- Preparation of daily, weekly test reports
- Carry out internal calibration of all equipment in the laboratory
- Inspection of received raw material (battery scrap and plate scrap)
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma in Science Laboratory, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering
- Working Experience:
- A minimum of 1-year experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
