Job Description: As a KS3/iGCSE/IB Maths Teacher at ISK, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective mathematics lessons across Key Stage 3, iGCSE, and IB levels. You will support student learning by developing lesson plans that meet curriculum standards while fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching advanced level mathematics within an international or UK-based curriculum setting.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics or related field (minimum requirement)
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience at secondary/high school level
- Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum as well as iGCSE and IB Math syllabi
- Ability to plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that engage students with diverse learning needs
- Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to motivate students
- Proficient in using educational technology tools for teaching purposes
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with colleagues, parents, and students
