Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Support Consulting Projects – Assist in bid preparation, HR advisory services, and cross-functional business initiatives.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- HR as Strategy, Not Just Administration – Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in HR, Organisational Psychology, Law, or Social Sciences.
- Multi-Disciplinary Experience – A background in consulting, talent management, or strategic HR roles is preferred.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Acumen – A data-driven, evidence-based approach to HR decision-making.
- A Visionary Mindset – An ability to envision, implement, and lead organisational change.
- A Commitment to Excellence – The drive to challenge the status quo and create lasting value.
