Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff records
- Coordinate staff performance management and appraisals
- Handle payroll support, leave management, and HR compliance
- Oversee office administration, assets, and supplies
- Support management in HR policies, procedures, and staff welfare
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years’ experience in an HR or administrative role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
