Job Title: Head of School

In Uganda DAS operates on the principle of ‘Education for all’ with a simple and explicit goal of “Providing high quality education at an affordable cost”. Dream Africa has various branches in Kampala, Wakiso, Mukono and Jinja.
Job Summary: To provide strategic leadership, ensure academic excellence, and manage the overall administration and development of the school.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set the school’s vision, mission, and strategic goals.
- Oversee academic programs, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
- Lead and mentor teaching and administrative staff.
- Manage school finances, resources, and infrastructure development.
- Foster relationships with parents, community, and educational bodies.
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and accreditation standards.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in education, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of curriculum development, pedagogy, and school administration.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
