Archpark U Ltd is looking for 10 motivated graduates to join our 2026 initiatives.
We are currently running a 6-month Graduate Trainee Program (with an option to extend) for recent graduates or young professionals not exceeding two (2) years in the field after graduation.
Purpose: Plan, coordinate, and support the delivery of webinars and training sessions to ensure professional execution and strong participant engagement.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule and organize webinars and training sessions.
- Coordinate speakers, facilitators, and participants.
- Manage webinar platforms, registrations, and technical setup.
- Support preparation of presentations and training materials.
- Share invitations, reminders, and follow-ups.
- Track attendance and collect feedback.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and trends
- Familiarity with tools like canva and meta business suite is an added advantage
- Good written communication skills
- Creative, organized, and eager to learn
